The dining room of la Mimosa was founded to satisfy their guests, the result of restructuring and radical changes.
The farm house la Mimosa you can taste the typical dishes of the place, the result of the peasant memories. They are prepared to chasing small-scale methods, with a range of own production, diversifying according to the flow of the seasons.
Throughout the year we can enjoy: fusilli, topped with sauce castrated typical local cheeses, both fresh and seasoned, a native goats and sheep cheese, pork sausages, soppersata, sausage, ham, capicollo, etc. .; meat, (chicken, rabbit, goat, pig) seasonal vegetables are served as appetizers and side dishes (artichokes, fennel, tomatoes, etc..). The desserts are homemade.
